Hollan and Jacob were visiting Boston for the first time and doing #allthethings! While he was at a conference for work; she was enjoying food tours, walks around the city, and seeing many historical landmarks. They hired me for a vacation photo shoot to have the best souvenir to remember their trip by.
What was even better? This couple is from Arkansas, where I used to live and met my husband!! We had a lot to chat about and their sweet accents were a comforting reminder of many of my southern friends.
The temps were warm for most New Englanders, in the high 80s, but this southern couple thought it was perfectly comfortable. The golden sunlight was beautiful and all the details fell into place for a totally awesome session. I loved showing off the Public Garden, and highlighting all my favorite areas including the duck boats and bridge. The best treat of the day was how hardly anyone was around when Jacob dipped his wife beneath the George Washington Statue. This view of the park is stunning, just like these two lovebirds! In every shot you could see how happy they are and how much they enjoy traveling and experiencing life together. I hope these photos always remind them of their “young love” and they will continue this tradition in other places they visit throughout their years together.
