Great Brook State Park Family Photos, Carlisle Massachusetts
Great Brook State Park is a beautiful setting for family photos in Massachusetts. I love it in every season and for any size family because there are countless options. Since I only live a few miles away I love to drive by and check the scenery before sessions to choose a great spot based on the light during your time of day, the foliage, or greenery.
This late fall session gives me all the “warm” feels even though it was a very chilly day. I often get the same look in this location in early spring, especially if the sun is shining!
The McConnell family is a blast to photograph. These girls keep me entertained with stories of Disney vacations and they taught me all about their dolls who they brought along. This was their “baby dolls'” first photo session and so we had to be sure to show off the love. How sweet!!!!
I love the simple fall style of this session. The girls are in adorable seasonally appropriate dresses, but have tights to keep them warm and cardigans, too. The layering and perfect bows are a great touch to finish off the outfits. Mom and Dad’s solid, textured sweaters provide great accompaniment to the girls small floral patterns. All together they blend well and compliment one another perfectly. When choosing your spring or fall wardrobe its a good idea to always be conscious of the background colors and how you may stand out instead of blend in – I’ll be sure to help you do so!
