Lisa and Brian may be one of the most inspirational couples I have had the pleasure of photographing. They are survivors, life-livers, and full of hope and love. I am so honored to capture their wedding day this fall. Their story is unique and beautiful and I hope it inspires you to live your life; to always hope, always persevere, and always love.
Lisa was diagnosed with cancer almost 5 years ago, with little to no hope from the doctors – she fought on. With her family by her side, along with hope and prayers, she has battled. Brian, a member of the US Army has served three tours, serving almost 10 years for our country. While on active duty, he and Lisa met online. Their relationship was built on amazing conversations, which led into friendship and ultimately into love. Once he returned home the battles did not end. After mutliples surgeries, for both of them, and the cancer still a daily reality, these two have chosen LIFE. They have decided to live each day with passion for one another and for life. They battle bravely, and they are in this together. Even though all this is happening, I loved seeing their carefree and loving spirits; smiling, laughing, holding one another, because in this battle – LOVE WINS.
