On a warm summery evening, I met this darling family as they welcomed their newest addition, Caleb. We did some outdoor newborn photos, and had a wonderful time enjoying their big backyard. It’s always a treat to see returning clients as their family grows, and this was no exception. Ben is turning into a “big boy” and is a great brother already. He mostly wanted to show off, but also enjoyed playing some peek-a-boo with his 11 day old brother. Ben even agreed to holding him a little bit. Both parents were surprised when this big brother actually slowed down enough to give Caleb a kiss or two.
Caleb loved being wrapped up and is still so small! I love the newborn features and his little expressions. Even though he has been giving his parents some sleepless nights, they were enjoying all the cuddles and love as he slept the whole time. I brought a few of my favorite bowls to put him in, and he was a perfect fit. There won’t be many more weeks that this baby will fit in a tiny bowl!
