FAMILY PHOTOS AT GREAT BROOK STATE PARK
Every year I get the pleasure of seeing this adorable family and capturing some memorable photos together. Being their family photographer is a total joy! In 2020 we met in Carlisle, MA for family photos at Great Brook State Park. The weather was absolutely perfect and the foliage was breathtaking! The trees were really showing off all the oranges, reds, and yellows that morning. We couldn’t have asked for a more ideal fall day.
Carlisle, MA is home to one of the most beautiful state parks, Great Brook State Park. I live only a few miles away and enjoy the walking trails, and grabbing a snack at the ice cream stand. In the summer there are wildflowers and in the fall the foliage is amazing. As a family photographer, you cannot find a better location!
WHAT TO WEAR
As always this darling family showed up ready for picture day! Their outfit selection was PERFECTION for the fall, with layers, pattern mixing, and solids, too. When choosing what to wear for fall family photos, you should always keep in mind your location and what the background will be like. These tones were so beautiful and accented the fall foliage. I love how the boys and dad all have similar looks, in different colors. Mom and her little lady match, too – even down the boots with the same style but coordinating florals.
