Welcome to the World, Wyatt!!
I first met Wyatt’s parents during their beautiful sun-kissed maternity session (see here). Only weeks later he surprised them with an early delivery. This sweet baby boy came into the world, a little early and with some challenges. With time in the NICU he was able to graduate and come to his loving parents. I was so impressed by his mom and dad; their strength, and love for their little guy was so evident throughout the whole process. They watched their baby go through so much, sacrificed a lot, and have come out stronger on the other side. Now – he is home with them and their puppy!
At-home newborn photos are usually taken about 5-14 days after birth, but we were able to achieve the same adorableness and many of the same poses with this “newbie” even at almost 3 months old. Wyatt is soooooo cuddly and the pudge factor was at an all time high. We all were dying over his thighs and “biceps!” My favorite image from our time together celebrates the start he had to life, as he’s surrounded by mementos from his stay at the hospital. A special thanks goes out to all the nurses and doctors who care for babies that need the extra support and for loving on their parents, too!
