Chiana and John’s wedding day was centered on their relationship, their families, and the friends who stand by their side. All these things were celebrated in the most relaxed and fun way possible!!!
This couple could not have chosen a more perfect wedding venue for their big day. Tumbledown Farms is a rustic working farm with a touch of class, amazing food, and the hardest working and happy staff! Chiana and John are from Maine and Connecticut, but wanted to meet somewhere in the middle so their families and friends could all celebrate in one beautiful spot. The bonus, this location has a beautiful mountain view just like their current home in Colorado. Well…maybe not JUST like the mountains in Colorado, but I loved that it paid homage to their new home and life together.
From the moment the girls arrived at Tumbledown Farms the emotions were going and the anticipation was building. Chiana couldn’t wait to put on her beautiful gown and see John!!! They decided to do a “First Look – No Peek” to take a few moments to exchange gifts and deep breaths! It was such a sweet time.
The couple was married at Tumbledown Farm’s beautiful outdoor ceremony site in an open pasture. The cows alongside mooed in agreement with John’s dad’s heartfelt words. He performed their ceremony and shared so many touching memories of this couple and about the love story that brought them to this day. The bride and MANY guests were in tears. After a hand-tying ceremony and exchaning rings they were announced Mr. and Mrs. FLYNN!!!
I just love the way that John and Chiana are together. They find so much enjoyment in just being by one another’s side. I have never heard a bride laugh and giggle as much as she did last Saturday! They know how to have fun and love living an adventurous life together. I am so excited to see their love story continue and unfold.
I have to give a big shoutout to this amazing Wedding Party!!! The groomsmen were some of the most helpful guys I’ve ever met. They were doing everything and anything to make sure their best friend had his perfect wedding day. They were even requesting specific poses and were total pros during formal photos. Thanks for being amazing to photograph and work with! These ladies, including Chiana’s mother, who was her maid of honor, were so happy for her! They helped decorate and prep for this big day and made sure Chiana was relaxing and enjoying every minute. These ladies are such great friends and her biggest fans!
