A wedding party filled with family, the warmest October 21st on record, perfectly planned details, a couple very much in love, the beach, foliage, and tons of Bud Lite…Meg & Tim’s wedding was more wonderful than anyone could’ve imagined. I was smiling ear to ear all day watching it unfold.
Only a short time after they met Meg and Tim knew they were meant to be together. She even bought a cute flamingo cake topper only weeks into their relationship and saved it for her wedding day (you’ll see it below!). All signs pointed to the fact that they were a perfect pair and last October the ring came and so did the wedding planning. Meg and her mother thought of everything. The color scheme, the gorgeous florals, and the nautical touches all made this a most memorable day.
This couple decided on a first look and it was a great idea. It gave them plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed portrait time downtown Kennebunk and on the beach. After a touching ceremony officiated by Tim’s father the party started with fun introductions, parent dances and heartfelt toasts! I honestly cried during both parent dances! Tim & his mom’s first dance was so joyful and Meg & her father’s was just about the sweetest after his loving toast.
When I came home from this wedding I told my husband, “My faith in humanity was restored tonight. It was a wedding with good people, marrying good people, with good people surrounding them. Life is good!” I think that about sums it up!
Congrats, Mr. and Mrs. Williams!!!!
