Shirley is 6 months old this month! I have loved getting to know her parents and see her grow since they were pregnant and expecting a little girl. I always anticipate these milestone sessions with families, so I can see how past newborns have changed into pudgy little babies, on the move. Shirley was born right before Christmas time and you can see her adorable newborn session here.
In drastic contrast to Shirley’s newborn session, when it was sleeting rain and ice, we had a gorgeous summer day for her six month portraits. Of course, Richard – her “fur brother” had to join us, and wanted all the attention for himself. This pup is hilarious and quite the dog model. Shirley and Richard’s “relationship” is growing and they are so funny together. This dog has a big personality for being such a little man.
Shirley is such a gentle baby with a sweet giggle and inquisitive personality. Once on the ground we had to keep her from wanting to eat all the grass and flowers! She finds her parents antics quite amusing and loves music. I am so excited to see her again and watch this little lady grow and change. She is so much fun!
