This darling family was ready to escape “lockdown” and get out to enjoy the great outdoors! During their time in quarantine they took many family strolls to this conservation land in Weston and invited me along for a family photo session. I love when clients choose a location that is a favorite place for them. Its really fun to photograph at new spots for me and brings out my creative energy.
At first one of these little ladies wasn’t “warming up” to the camera, but in no time at all she was “cheesing” and playing. If you think your children will be hesitant to be photographed, plan ahead like this mom did. She brought favorite fruit snacks, let her daughter choose her own dress, and kept a few other bribes up her sleeve. Because we had a full hour family portrait session, instead of just a mini-session, there was plenty of time to loosen up and relax.
