Lauren and Garrett are planning a winter wedding, so winter engagement photos were a perfect idea! We were blessed with the most beautiful soft snow coverage this winter, just in time for their engagement photos. I loved meeting this couple and their brand new puppy, Rosie. Rosie was very popular at our first photo location, the Carlisle Cranberry Bogs. This spot has wide open trails and is very dog friendly, just like Rosie. She was a bit distracted by all the other puppies, but somehow we wrangled her in for priceless photos of the three of them together.
Afterward we headed to Red Wing Conservation area in Chelmsford, MA. I often photograph couples and families here in the summer and fall, so to see it covered in a layer of snow was stunning. I was so impressed with how Lauren and Garrett were just happy and smiling, with no complaints about the cold or snow. This couple is destined for a great relationship, they have a knack to make every situation playful and fun!
