Alyssa and Kevin found their perfect match. They found the person who loves to sing along to a good Broadway Musical, watch a cheesey kiddie movie on a date, and travel the world with wanderlust and excitement. This pair just makes sense! From listening to the speeches and vows shared at their wedding you’d be a believer that there truly is the perfect person out there for every one.
I met Alyssa at her childhood home in Blackstone Valley, MA. I love when brides can get ready at home, and prep for their big day there. It makes the day so personal. The home lined with childhood pictures was so sentimental!!! Alyssa wore a necklace that held the diamond from her mother’s original engagement ring that her father proposed with close to 40 years ago! Every sweet little thing just added up to the joy and anticipation of her wedding day.
October 5th was an absolutely gorgeous fall day. The air had just turned crisp and leaves started to share their colors. The golden fall light did not disappoint during Alyssa and Kevin’s outdoor ceremony on the water at The Grandview in Mendon, MA.
Alyssa was beaming as her dad walked her down the aisle. Their sweet ceremony, officiated by Alyssa’s brother in law, included a song from one of their favorite musicals and words from Les Miserables. They kissed and were on cloud nine from that point on!
As their portrait session began the colors of the sky turned warm and beautiful – we were all so happy! Then the dance party began and never quit! Their wedding was everything and more – I raise a glass to their story and their love! CONGRATS Mr. and Mrs. Parker!
