Before heading to Great Brook State Park for engagement photos, this awesome couple choose to meet up at home. What’s cozier then an at-home engagement session? Honestly, nothing! Chris and Soleil chose to stay home for the first part of their engagement photos shoot, and show off their first home! I love these photos so much, and they really allowed this couple to be themselves. We chatted between shots as they got cozy in the kitchen, played a board game, and took one another on in some video games, too! It was so nice to get a sneak peek into their life together
Afterward we took a quick drive to Great Brook State Park in Carlisle, MA for the rest of their engagement photos. The golden light gave us all “summer feels” and I taught them some easy posing props to practice for their big day! There are four basic poses that I share with all my couples, and these two rocked it and made my job super easy.
Soleil and Chris met online and knew very soon after that they were a great fit and these photos really celebrate that. Every prompt I directed them in came so natural and easy – and all the laughs were 100% real, especially as other people’s dogs kept trying to “photobomb” this cute couple!
