Magical. Breathtaking. Beautiful. Wow!
A few of the words I couldn’t stop saying after this session. Gureen and Athik requested a snowy engagement session. I can do a lot of things, but I cannot control the weather. After a few months of trying to coordinate our schedules, we crossed our fingers and hoped Presidents Day would deliver. As if it was in a storybook, everything lined up, and they got their heart’s desire. It was not only snow covered, but it was SNOWING! The trees at Arnold Arboretum at Harvard were laden with fresh snow, and the flakes were falling. The snowflakes were some of the most beautiful we had ever seen, and I’m not going to lie – we were kind of geeking out over them. It felt like were were in a magical winter wonderland!
But, the real beauty of the day was this couple.
Gureen and Athik have been together many years and now they will finally be married later this year. They have all the elements that make a couple great; the ability to have fun, laugh through life, stay committed to one another and fall more in love with each new experience. Hearing their love story gave me more faith that love is alive and well in our crazy world!
