Marissa and Quinn are getting married next September!!! They love the ocean and are looking forward to wedding on the Cape. They were hoping for beach engagement photos, even if it was November and less than 50 degrees! This awesome couple met me in Gloucester, MA with their photogenic pup, Sasha, and we did some exploring. Gloucester is a great spot for engagement photos, with something beautiful and scenic around every turn. We found a historical little “lobster house” and knew it was the perfect place to get started. This location was just screaming “fall in New England”.
Bringing your pup along to an engagement session can add so much to your images. Sasha was less than interested in looking at the camera at first, but with some coaxing we captured the most perfect shots of her and “her humans.” I love when couples bring their pups and have a bunch of tips here for you if interested in bringing yours along.
After our first location we headed to the beach! The rocks in Gloucester and view of the lighthouse made for a perfect backdrop even if it looks like summer – it felt like winter! I was so impressed with how Marissa just made the best of it all and was genuinely enjoying herself. Quinn definitely found a fun-loving woman and will have plenty of adventures with her. We ended with their toes in the cold, wet, sand and plenty of new memories for them to cherish and have photos of!
